Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for 4 hours after they are placed. After that point cancellation is not possible when the order enters the production cycle.
Artwork & Design: From the time order is placed, It takes roughly 2-3 business days for us to create artwork and start production.

Returns: If you aren't satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30 day return on items with any manufacturing defects or quality issues. We will either refund the full amount or send you a replacement item.
